About the Founder
A visionary entrepreneur and real estate expert, Mr. Brijesh B Patel has been transforming the landscape of Gujarat’s property market for over 10 years. At just 24, he embarked on his journey in real estate, driven by a passion to create innovative, sustainable, and community-focused spaces.
Now, at 34, Mr. Brijesh has established himself as a leader in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding customer expectations. Under his guidance, HILLTOWN RAYA Group has grown into a trusted and respected name in Ahmedabad, with numerous completed projects in prime locations such as Nikol, Naroda, Hanspura, Indore Highway, Kathwada, Bakrol and Vastral.

Currently, Mr. Brijesh is focused on expanding Hilltown Raya Group’s presence in Gandhinagar, bringing his expertise and vision to the city’s rapidly growing real estate market.
